Minigrant Awards for Science Teachers No Longer Offered From Authority

Authority Minigrant Programs Move to Arkansas Community Foundation.
As of July 1, 2010, the Arkansas Science & Technology Authority Science Minigrant program will end.
The grant will still be available through the Arkansas Community Foundation for school year 2010 - 2011. ARCF will continue to fund the Science Initiative Middle School (SIMS) Program in 40 counties served by ARCF and their affiliates. To view the counties that are eligible for SIMS, please go to www.arcf.org.
If your schools are not located in one of the ARCF affiliated counties, you are encouraged to submit grant requests at www. donorschoose.org. DonorsChoose.org is a nonprofit 501C3 whose sole purpose is to attract donors who are interested in funding minigrants to public school teachers across the state.
