Pre-Planning Forum for the EPSCoR 2006 Submission
The statewide “Pre-Planning Forum for the EPSCoR 2006 Submission” was held Thursday, September 1, at the Donaghey Student Center on the UALR Campus. Numerous potential topics/concepts were presented as possible themes for the 2006 submission. Researchers are encouraged to develop group-based themes that incorporate both the strengths of multiple universities and integrated researcher efforts at multiple campuses for the 2006 submission. Researchers can register their research interest, describe their expertise, as well as contact other researchers who have similar interest at the Arkansas Collaborative Collective. To register go to

White paper pre-proposals are required for consideration in the 2006 submission. Pre-proposal deadline is October 1, 2005. Guidelines are available at
